Cancellations
- You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
- Simply contact our friendly customer care team at support@beneessenutra.com and we’ll handle the rest.
- Once confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund within 7 business days.
Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your BeneEsse purchase.
- If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly accept your return.
- Just send us an email with photos of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@beneessenutra.com.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, you’ll receive a full refund via your original payment method within 7 business days for online payments or 14 business days for COD orders.
